ANANDA, les YOGIS du monde
ANANDA, les YOGIS du monde (ANANDA, YOGIS of the World) is an association governed by the 1901 law, created in Paris, FRANCE in february 2025.
It offers postural Yoga classes as well as meditation, relaxation, sophrology, and massages to people in precarious situations, particularly unaccompanied foreign minors, refugees, and young people in difficulty regardless of their origin, who share the common trait of not knowing or having easy access to these practices.

We directly intervene in the field, within structures that welcome young people, such as shelters, social centers, educational institutions, day centers, etc. Delivered with kindness and taking into account linguistic and cultural barriers, these practices aim to offer respite, well-being, and grounding, within a life journey often marked by isolation and uprooting.
Our approach also aims to help them fully integrate these practices so that they can use them throughout their migration journey. This process will be facilitated by our practice videos - currently being designed - which we will soon make available on this website.

If you are part of a structure hosting or caring for refugees in Paris and the Paris region, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can come and give yoga, sophrology and massage classes in your premises!
Why Yoga?
Yoga offers:
-a non-judgmental, safe and caring space
-a marker of unity in diversity
-well-being by reducing physical and mental tension
- anchoring in the present through postures and breathing
Yoga brings many benefits to these young boys and girls who live in precarious conditions and most of whom sleep and live on the streets.
